Collaborative Working in 2020 and beyond !

What next after the Pandemic ?

Going forward (during this phase and post COVID-19) as per 'New Normal' life and business norms, most people will keep working remotely for a long time or in some cases even permanently. This will change the way we do business and we run companies. The way Digital revolution (online banking, online booking, digital marketing, mobile payments, etc.) has changed the way we were doing business earlier, now there will be another big change which has already started.

In this scenario, collaborative working is going to be very important. It means, people with different skills and experience will work together from different places and they need to work as a team. This is different than a software project team working remotely. It is the entire business which will work remotely.

The business owners, employees, freelancers, vendors and clients can all be remote and may meet only on audio or video calls. We would be soon proposing a collaborative working model on this blog to start actual work in this fashion.

We need to design businesses around the collaborative working model and let others participate in the same in their individual capacity. That would be a great example of collaborative business.It will be much more than only helping each other in getting the business or outsourcing.

The same thing will apply to Education system also and teachers and schools / colleges will have to take a collaborative approach for completing the syllabus and other training in classes. This has already started in all higher education providing institutes and will soon come to other smaller institutes also.

Going forward Collaboration is the Key !!
