How Diet is important while doing the workout?

If workout regularly, then it is very important to eat well and nutrition is very important for fitness. A balanced diet and regular exercise can help maintain the calories and nutrients to give you enough energy through out the day. When you increase the intensity of your workout, it is equally important to have a balance diet. It is not only eating vegetables that will assist you in building indurance, but having the right type of food at the right time of the day will have an added advantage.

Firstly you have to have a regular breakfast. Eating breakfast regularly has been linked to a lower risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Starting your day with a healthy breakfast can refresh your mood and replenish your blood sugar, which benefits your body to power your muscles and brain. What you eat could make your next workout better, and keep you healthy.

You need quality carbs, lean protein, heart-healthy fats, and fluids. You need protein for your muscles and for your blood cells which bring oxygen to your muscles. You also need a good amount of carbohydrate intake for muscle toning.




Boost your fruits and vegetable intake
Fruits and vegetables are rich sources of natural fiber, vitamins, minerals and other compounds that your body needs to function properly. Mostly fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables at every meal. Try to “eat the rainbow colour veggies in your meal”. This will help you stay fit and healthy and also helps of vitamins, antioxidants, and other factors.

Unsaturated fats may help to reduce inflammation and provide calories from food. While fat is a primary fuel for aerobic exercise, we have plenty stored in the body to fuel even the longest workouts. To keep you moving, healthy unsaturated fats helps to provide important fatty acids and calories to keep you healthy.

After completing your exercise, you should have rich protein intake, it will help your muscles recover faster. Intake of protein can be in the form of hard-boiled egg, a glass of chocolate milk, or protein shake etc. You need approximately 46 grams and 56 grams of protein for your muscles per day for average female & male body. Your food plays a vital role in your health routine to decide how you feel today, tomorrow and in the future. Good and healthy nutrition is an important part of healthy lifestyle. Healthy diet can reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart diseases, cancer and diabeteis promote your overall health.
