Benefits of Exercises



Doing regular exercise is an important part of healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise helps you to manage your weight and reduce risk of many diseases. It also helps to boost your energy and also your wellbeing and it is very beneficial to reduce the stress of your life.
Exercise defined as any movement of your body part and your muscles to burn calories. There are different types of physical activity, including swimming, running, walking, dancing and yoga. Staying healthy has been shown many benefits both mentally and physically.
Exercise develops of the muscles, bones, joints, as well as the heart and lungs. It helps children maintain healthy weight and opportunity to interact with other people and make friends. It also helps to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression.

  • Maintain your weight: - while doing exercise you have to understand the relationship between your weight and expenditure. Your body spends energy in three ways digesting food, exercising and maintaining body functions like heart beats and breathing.
  • It is good for your muscles and bones: - exercise plays an important role in building and maintaining muscles. Physical activity like weight lifting can stretch your muscles with adequate protein intake. Exercise helps in release of hormones that promote the ability of your muscles to absorb acids.   • Manage blood sugar and insulin levels: - Exercise can help to maintain your sugar level and insulin level. This can cut down the risk of metabolic syndrome diabetes.
  • There are a lot of benefits of aerobics exercises. Aerobics helps your body to increase your blood flow to your muscles. It also maximizes the oxygen in your blood and even widens your blood vessels

Tips for a good exercise
  • Daily exercise between 20 to 30 minutes and level of intensity from 50 to 80 % of the maximum of your ability.
  • Good trainer’s suggestions.
  • Any activity you choose, before that 5 to 10 minutes warm up your body is compulsory and last 5 to 10 minutes stretching is also mandatory.
