Anxiety Disorder

Anxiety is regular reaction and it can be beneficial in some situation. It can alert us and help us to pay attention. Anxiety disorder changes the normal feelings of nervousness or anxiousness, and it involve extreme fear or anxiety. Anxiety is a common disorder and it is the most common mental disorders and it affects 30 percent of adults at some point in their lives.  Anxiety can be treatable and treatment helps people to get normal. Anxiety refers to eagerness and is more refer with muscle tension and ignoring behaviour. Anxiety is an emotional response to an immediate risk and more related with fight or flight reaction. Anxiety can be major because people try to avoid situations that are worst. School work, job performance, and personal relationship can be affected.
There are many types of Anxiety disorders.
Generalized Anxiety disorder: - It involves constant and excessive worry with daily activities. This going worry and tension by physical symptoms, such as restlessness, feeling on edge, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension or sleeping problems.
 Panic Disorder: - The important symptom of panic disorder is panic attacks, and vast combination of physical and psychological distress.

Symptoms occur in combination.
  Rapid heart rate
  Sweating
 Shaking of body.
 Chest pain
  Feeling of shortness of breath.
  Feeling of sharp.
  Nausea or abdominal pain.
  Feeling detached
  Fear of losing control
   Fear of dying.
The main age of panic disorder is 22-23. Panic attacks may arise with mental disorders such as depression Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
·         Social anxiety disorders: - A person with social anxiety disorder has important about being humiliated, rejected or looked down on in social interactions. Few examples are extreme fear of public speaking, meeting new people, or eating in public.  

Symptoms of Anxiety
v  Sleep problems.
v  Panic, fear and uneasiness.
v  Not able to stay calm and still.
v  Cold, sweaty, itchy hands or feet.
v  Tense muscles.
v  Dizziness.

Hypnosis as a possible treatment for anxiety.
