Through counseling sessions, newer windows 🪟 open for the client, and the client gets newer directions. In totality, the client's assertiveness improves.

4) Ability to set up boundaries : Counseling helps the client to set a smart goal. Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time bound.
5) Trauma resolution: If a client carries any trauma, the same gets resolved. Majorly, this depends on the skills of the therapist.
6) Less Anxiety: Counseling minimizes anxiety. The therapist should give moral support in the session and bust it. If that could happen, then the anxiety of a client gets relieved. 🙃
7) Greater confidence: After the counseling session, the confidence level of the client improves. A therapist should be an expert in its field.
8) Better relationship: Through counseling sessions, many of the issues get resolved. Effective counseling sessions untie the knots 🪢 results in the improvement of the relationship.
